The Dubai Shopping Festival undoubtedly brings the best of entertainment and Dubai Carnival was one of the highlights with over 400 performers coming together every Friday to parade through streets of Dubai. M&M Group was tasked with the complete event management of the carnival from managing the arrival and rehearsals of more than 25 performance groups onsite to complete coordination with authorities for road blocks, safe passage of the parade through the street and crowd control. The team also created the first of its kind moving truck that was installed with a sound system and special effects including confetti blasters, balloon release, fire and laser show.
